A Curious Mind, A Himalayan Journey

It all began with engineers from Jammu & Kashmir, "drawn to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda." What started as casual reading soon became an obsession and that obsession became a mission.

They travelled across remote Himalayan villages, reaching places where even vehicles couldn't go. "In those untouched landscapes, they discovered something extraordinary flowers with natural healing properties, and honey made from their nectar that carried those same benefits."

At altitudes between 3,000 and 5,000 feet, the Bakarwal and Pahari communities had known this secret for generations. They trusted this honey not just as food but as medicine, passed down through time.

The Ones Who Showed Us the Way

Deep in the Himalayan forests, long before Avanya Secrets existed, two communities had already unlocked nature's greatest secret. They knew which flowers bloomed with healing properties, which altitudes produced the purest nectar, and how to harvest honey without harming a single bee.

They welcomed us into their world, shared centuries of knowledge, and trusted us to carry their tradition forward with integrity. Without them, there would be no Avanya Secrets.

A Land Where Nature Does the Work

Nestled in the northernmost reaches of India lies a valley unlike any other where the air is crisp, the rivers run clear, and wildflowers bloom across meadows that have never been touched by industry or pollution.

It is here, at altitudes where the world slows down, that our bees thrive. They move freely across forests of pine and deodar, collecting nectar from flowers that have been known for their medicinal properties for centuries roses, tulips, lotus, and dozens of rare alpine blooms.

This land doesn't just produce honey. It produces a story in every drop of ancient forests, healing flowers, and a valley that has kept its secrets pure for thousands of years.

Deep in the forests of Kashmir, our honey is harvested the same way it has been for centuries — by hand, with patience, and with deep respect for the bees and the land. No machines. No heat. No shortcuts. The honeycomb is gently pressed using a single-filtration method that preserves every natural enzyme, antioxidant, and medicinal property that makes Himalayan honey truly extraordinary.

  • Is it safe to eat crystallized honey?

    Honey has long Shelf life but it should not be stored in refrigerator. It granulates in lower temperatures, it is a natural process and does not change the taste and quality.

    To liquidify honey place the jar in warm water.

  • Sustainable Packaging

    The first step to saving the planet is to start recycling and using sustainable material. We use foid grade glass jar to keep the real taste intact. It limits the use of resources significantly. It positively impacts and supports our business goals.

  • No Bees, No Life

    Bees directly or indirectly impacts everything around us, it will adversely affect the global economy if there are no bees. We make sure not even a single bee is harmed during the process of our honey extraction as we only extract 60-70% honey from a hive and leave rest of it to the colony.
